Sequential turn signal mod!
Im pissed, so I bought a turn signal sequencer kit off e-bay. I cant afford the plug n play ones. So I bought the one that requires a few crimps and such since I got it for a good price at $48.00 with best offer. Well, FIRST, they sent me the wrong kit, it had male square ends and female oval ends. After I installed the darn thing. So I take it all apart. And send it back. Finally a week later, I get it back. They sent the right kit, yay. I install it. And the inboard light doesnt flash. I check all my connection. They are good. I play with one of the wires that plugs in to the inboard light, and the light flashes for a moment. So I tinker with it, its in all the way, and still nothing. Now im starting to frey the wire. So here I am, still with the uncompleted mod, my trunk tore apart since I spent an hour trying to get it to work. I e-mailed the guy again, I dont know what to do. I have to take apart everything again. What a PITA. The only thing not stopping me from leaving negative feedback is the fact that they are friendly. Im so mad right now. Anywho, id spend the extra $100 and get the plug n play, this whole easier kit is a load of crap. Sorry had to vent. Here is the link to my sale.

His history is 100%, but I think im going to leave neutral feedback.

I'll have to second the easiness of using Webelectronics harness. Definitely a plug n play install. Just be care removing those little plastic plugs on the trunck insert...

They do it for the brakes as well, unless you run a couple wires up to the front of the car.
I am curious about the CDC lights. Are they plug and play? I would go with those for $30 less, but only if they are good quality.

This is less work than the splice-in kit, but not as easy as the pre-wired harnesses that I have. If you return your old harnesses to me, you get a $40 rebate, which brings the fully pre-wired kit cost to $139 -- just about the same price as CDC.
So, you decide. Is it easier to put the effort into wiring the CDC kit, or mailing back the old harnesses to me?
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask here so all can read, or send an email to webeproducts @ adelphia . net.

I bought the same kit and had a minor problem with the inboard light. I removed the pin and pushed it in again and all was well. Nice kit for $50. My total time was 60 minutes. Try reinserting the pin with needle nose pliers.

Tim, do a search on the sequencials under the exterior forum. I posted tons of info regarding installation and how to make the brakes work normally.

Edit: Sorry for the double post.
With the webelectronic kit, when you hit the brakes they pulse once and then go solid. They don't continue to pulse at a stop.
I have the webelectric ones too and they were very easy to install.

Okay, i got them working, it was two yellow wires for the inboard light. They are just sensitive in the bulb. It is pretty cool though, neat mod. When i hit the brake mine go inboard, middle, outward, but stay solid.
i have the web electronics that you just wire in ,took 45min. easy mod and they done a great job on the instructions and also have a nice write up on keeping the brake lights from pulsing and if i remember right they also give you the extra wire for that ,not to mention a lifesaver
I bought the Web Electonics kits and found them easy to install correctly. I appreciate the fact that they are made from original Ford factory wiring harnesses. The fit and function are perfect. I debated whether or not to keep my original harness or send them back for the $40.00 refund. I took it on faith and sent the originals harnesses back. Wow, what a fast refund. Thanks Web Electronnics.
I went for the plug-n-play because I am past my more adventurous phase of life, as far as electronics go anyhow. (After all I did buy a 2005 Mustang GT)
