Kevin, thanx for bringing me into the 21st century! If I'm being honest, I didn't know what an avatar was until I joined TMS in 2006!! lol In fond retrospect, one of my first big mods was retrofitting my '06 to the Sirius/XM box based on info you provided to all us newbies (at the time) on how to upgrade our Shaker 500. Hmm, 17 years .... SEVENTEEN YEARS!!!! Still installed, still works like a gem, and I got the lifetime Sirius/XM membership to boot. You, sir, are a credit not only to yourself but to TMS and the family upbringing the brought you to always wanting the best for others.

You Bring Up a Point How Some of Us at Different times are New To Tech and just Fumbling at First. We All Need to Remember Those Days as There are Still Folks Who are Coming to a Site For the First Time and Making Posting Mistakes. How We Treat Them may Determine if TMS is Their New Home or Their First & Last Visit. As of Late They are Treated Well. Not that Long Ago That was not Always the Case!
Thanks For Hanging in there and Still Caring For That S-197. They are For Some That {Classic Muscle Car} we Were Too You Young to Have New in the 60's & 70's. I love All Mustangs Even the II'S Especially Some of the Ones I Posted in the Youtube Section with Major Mods. But The S-197's are Very Special to Me and My Gt-500 Would have Been an Aireloom for Andrew had he still Been with Us.
As Long as I Can Still Drive I will Try & Keep her Roadworthy no Matter if It's Just For a Spin Down The Road & Back! I Loved The Fact My Son Soaked Up the Knowledge on The Old Cars and I Guess I Still Enjoy Passing on Some of What I Know To Others. Just Like A Father Teaching a Son or Brother To Brother. I try to Be Kind & Patient. I'm Not Always Successful at it But I Keep Trying!
We Can All Be a Mentor To Someone Even if it is Not in Person but Online! And They Can Also Teach Us Many Times! I Encourage Members to Watch for That New Member You Can Resonate with One Way or Another and Take Em Under Your Wing.
Thank You!
Mgb,
KC
