Jason,
That looks excellent
If I hadn't gone the 69 Boss theme, I'd be putting the same grill onto mine as well.
1 quick question, looks like you have a black surround around the edges of the grill,on the front fascia, just outside the satin trim of the grill; did you paint that yourself or is that just the outer lip of the grill itself?

Nevermind, I figured it out, it's just the outer lip of the grill itself, mine is the same. It just stands out more against the white on your car.

Thats a nice grille! The chrome trim is simple yet not-in-your-face.

That trim around it looks more like a satin/brushed aluminum finish to me Either way - it looks great

Very nice, that bumper looks way better than I thought it would. Those amber bumper lights are killing your look bigtime. Clear lenses rule!

Everything except Grabber Orange. My amber lenses are just a little darker than the orange and match up nicely.

KC, I wouldn't replace you. And I have yet to do business with you but there will come a time. Spring is just around the corner, well after New Years!

Thanks for all the compliments everybody. I have a feeling I'll be driving the Mustang excusively next week and giving the Jeep a break. It's nice having something so unique (at least untill the Bullitt comes out). I'm guessing though most people won't notice it. And even those that do (mostly likely Mustang fans) they won't know what it is.

Thanks, Kevin. I wasn't sure if I was imagining things.

Greg, Since I had a CDC billet grille in there, the install was VERY easy.
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove 6 plastic fasteners from the radiator cover by pulling up on them or gently prying them out with a small flat blade screwdriver.
3. Remove radiator cover.
4. Removing CDC grille:
(a) Remove all screws.
(b) Remove grille.
(c) Remove CDC mounting mounting brackets.
5. Place grille in position. Push grille into place. It's tabs just slide into their holes. No problem.

As for getting a stock grille out. It's not that easy. And like I said before, it's even harder to explain. I'm sure someone on here could explain it better, but when I took mine out, I used a large flat blade screwdriver to push the fascia tabs out of the way so the grille tabs could slide out. You would just have to look at how it's held in there to understand.

Thanks. I've loved the Roush front fascia ever since I saw it without the optional chin spoiler. And the clears are definitely not the look I want.

No, not clear corners. A little of the dark tint would make it look 'finished' though.

Taking off the stock grill is not really hard, it's just a PITA.

All you need to do is get the grille off of the tabs. I just did this tonight with a friend on his car. We had to take bend the inner part of the tabs connected to the bumper back in order to slide the tabs on the grille out. We had to do this on the sides atleast. We needed a long flathead to bend the lower side tabs. If you take off your radiator cover and take a peak you will understand what I mean. It's not hard, just a PITA. I'm glad I had someone else to help me, saved a good amount of time.

I used to have trouble wih it to because I would try to get the sides off first and then the bottom tabs. The trick is to do one side and then the bottom starting from the side that is already off. It is so much easier that way. I can get mine off now in about 30 or 40 seconds, because once you get the 2 tabs on the side and the one bottom tab, the rest pretty much just pop right off, smooth as butter.

+1 on this. Kevin's prices are VERY competitive, he's a valuable resource in getting ALL the parts for a project (like all the nuts, clips etc for a bumper swap) and his customer service is top rate.

I'd also far rather deal with a fellow Mustang fan than some faceless company that's just a Ford/Honda dealership web storefront.
