Hi everyone, I was very annoyed with the rusty center shock tower bolt on my 07 gt. I happened to see the engine bay on a 09 gt500, the bolts had rubber caps covering the rusty bolts, not wanting to spend big bucks on a billet strut cover kit, I went to ford parts dept at my local dealer and sure enough they sell them for $2.00 each. The rubber caps fit perfectly over the rusted bolt/ the part number is w713296-s300. Also tried to cover the other four bolts on the shock tower, but the cap did not cover the silver washer; so I only bought two. Gives the engine bay a cleaner look

 

Thanks for the info!! I may pick a couple of these up. The covers for the strut towers are so overpriced. And this is a clean look for $4.00.
