Roush Fascia Install

Just called my local ford dealer and they couldn't give me an answer on how much to paint and install .I said give me a ballpark figure and the guy says $1100.Are they out of their freakin minds? This thing cost me over $ 600. No way am I spending that. Any ideas on how much I should expect to pay(sensibly)? Also ,can anyone tell me of someone in the Tampa Bay area who would do this?? Thanks a lot!

I had my Roush Front Fascia and the Roush Wing, painted and installed at the same time. Done by Palm Bay Ford - they have a contractor painter. My BF did the electrical wiring for the fogs for the fascia because the painter said "I dont do electric". But, painter did everything else, charged me $800.

my body shop said he's gonna hook up the roush fog lights to my stock ones and not install the switch. I can't give a acurate price right now cause mines a insurance claim and instead of getting a stock bumper back on, i oppted for a roush bumper.

Go to a private body shop and have them paint it. Then hang it yourself, it's not that hard, 1 hour tops.

You could splice into the existing fog light harness, or,

the better way would be to jump off the relay to power another relay to activate the new fogs.

That way everything is insulated from each other.

For the fascia, nothing more than some 1/4" drive metric sockets and 1 12" extension, or stick your arm up in the hole. A 5.5 mm and a 10 mm if I remember. Stubby phillips screw driver and a pair of side cutters to remove the push pins.

For the fogs, a pair of side cutters, wire strippers and crimpers, an 8 or 10mm socket for the ground connection.

Really, just very basic tools.

Boltzman, they were quoting you $1100 just for paint and install? or was that including the cost of the front fascia?
