Thumbs up

Hi everybody,

The dealer near me has a windveil blue v6 with the black rockerpanel stripes. And I liked the stripes alot. I'm probably picking up my GT today and I'm already thinking about possibly getting rocker panel stripes for mine cause i liked the look alot.

I have seen the stripes available at autothing.com and bobwhitedecals.com, but was wondering on people's opinios here as to quality/other places etc.

Also, I liked the black stripe on the windveil blue, but anybody have any other color suggestions?

thanks!

Maybe white? Personally, I don't like the spread out 'M U S T A N G' script on them but maybe Ford will offer others. I don't really know about quality but vinyl might be the best option.

Whatever you get just make sure the vinyl is 2mil vinyl. That is the so called "high performance" vinyl used for vehicle applications. I have seen some companies selling 3 mil vinyl which is for standard signs that do not have curves. Also 2mil last longer.

I like either white or black on windveil.

I've ordered Windveil Blue with the white stripe on my V6 Premium. As long as it's clean it should look great but I expect our salty winter roads to obscure the stripe at times whereas the black would still be more visible. Perhaps winter driving is not an issue for you. I wish it wasn't for me!

awww... I'm not sure about gold on windveil blue... if you ask me, they're offering both the wrong and too few color combos anyway (no white on Redfire? it looks awesome, we've seen a preproduction mule with that combination)

If that's the case then I would go with a dark blue.

I would go with White, but I am biased. My Torch Red will have white rocker panel and racing stripes.
