Well guys and gals,

Got another exterior mod completed. I purchased the rear taillights from Ninosport.com and install last night. You can see pics here. Make sure you choose page 16 from the drop down box.

If the site is slow, it is because other forum members are downloadins some of the video from the Houston Area Meetup this past Saturday at Horsepower Engineering.

Look good as I told ya earlier Bryan....guess I should have bought mine from Nino on Saturday too. Just wanted to make sure they'd look good, and you did me the service of being a guineau pig once again. ...Car just keeps getting better and better and the overlays were well worth the price for the great appearance difference...Thanks for putting the pics up for everyone!

P.S. Waiting to hear how many emails Nino gets from TMS'ers after seeing these pics....

John

Sorry was looking over all of your tunes in you webpage. Nice site and very informative. Can't wait til my mustang comes to stop by HPE. The tinted overlays look really good. Without them, the taillights look really red, specially with the blackout section. These help to darken the tails with out obstructing them like those other blackouts we use to see. Very nice

I just though since some people have liked the painted blacout, that thye might want to see how it can be taken further.

I don't think I like them much. They look weird to me for some reason. It seems that they stick out too much.

All personal taste i guess... I have had blackouts on my vette for over a year now and no cop has ever hassled me about them.

I like 'em
no cop should really notice on these
they should pull over the ricers w/o reflectors in their lights instead

B) To each their own tastes. I don't care for them; seems to take something away.

Hey Brian

the blackouts look so good on your ride that they convinced me to get some for mine, installed them tonight, tomarrow I am meeting with a guy to get a bid to black out the trunk lid.

My GT is redfire with 20% window tint, the blacked out rear should fit nicely.

thanks for the idea

Here it is. I had vinyl put on in flat black, the guy was able to use one peice so there are no seems. I went with vinyl rather than paint basically because its not permanent.
