rear parking light install?
I got a pair of white/clear rear parking lights and I don't know how to install them. Does anyone have a write up for them? I used the search but i couldn't find anything. Thanks for your help.

Do you mean clear tail light lenses? Parking lights are only up front.
Getting at the tail light lenses is easy once you get the trunk liner out of the way. You'll have to hunt down about eight or ten plastic trim fasteners. Two on either side of the latch in the center. Two below them. A couple on either side, and that may give you enough room to get your hands and a wrench or nut driver in to get the four nuts off the studs in the tail lights. When you re-install them, don't tighten those nuts too much or you can pull the studs out of the plastic lenses (I did that on my '96).

Thanks but are you talking about the red "reflectors" on the sides of the car? These are the ones I'm talking about.

Some people have removed the screws inside the fender well, and peeled back the liner, to get to the back of these. Not the route I went. If you look at the back of the new clear rear, one end has the "clip", and the other end is straight. Now, hold the new one next to the old one still installed on your car. Going from memory, I believe the "clip" end is toward the front of the car. Once you determine what end has the clip, I used the smallest flat screwdriver I had, the little pocket type. Protect the edge paint of the reflector cut out with a rag, then work the blade of the small screwdriver in behind the reflector edge, pushing it straight in at a slight angle, to where the screwdriver blade depresses the "clip" behind the reflector.....At this point, it will basically pop right out at you.
Switch out the bulb receptacle, snap in the new reflector, and viola!! Done.

I like the appearance of them. For some reason, the red reflectors just seemed to stand out too much to me....
I left the stock bulbs in mine, which are white, or clear. As such, when they are on, they are white....
