I planning on getting both done soon, but was wondering what the best setup with both would be.

Is it best to just install the rear side window louvers with or without tint on the window?

 

Unless the tint shop has the pattern for the side windows already, it would be easiest for them to have access to the outside of the glass to pre-trim and shape the tint before moving into the inside. I would tint first.
