Powered By Ford badges on the car?

So how many of you with the new Powered By Ford badges actually installed on your car?

With as crazy as the prices got I just can't bring myself to put 'em on.

i don't get the hype.. i'd rather let everyone know that it's a GT instead of it being powered by Ford.

What else would it be powered by?

What can I say? I knew they'd be a hot commodity since there had been so much talk about them before they ever showed up on ebay. I wish I bought more!

Is that a Marauder parked next to you? Man, I wanted one of those so bad... I just couldn't see myself in a four door.

heh, thats an old P71 cruiser in lovely Michigan Blue. I haven't had a Marauder come though here in a long time. The blue they have is much darker, like True Blue. Some dude stopped by not to long ago with a maroon one with a KB on it and the rear wheels cut and widened to 9 or 10" with drag radials, that car was awesome and super stealth. I park between my ebay cars because I hold all the keys...

the cruiser, she sure is purdy

Kevin,
You must be dealing in the Cyber-Hobby kits, I've got some myself.

I still have a few Whittman tigers and a couple DAK ones for a rainy day(I have at least one of everything still for my own stash)...The new stuff hasn't been that interesting though. I haven't had time to work on any of my stuff, did start on the M51 Premium though. Small muzzle or not and lousy DML instructions, its a killer kit and I want something in IDF sand on the shelf. Last kit I built was the T34 with bedspring armor-I blazed right through that in just over a week and its beautiful. I have 4 campaign projects started that none will be finished in time. Between the car, the ladies, and Forza 2, I ain't gettin much else done...

I went through the T34 so fast I only got one pic of it 75% done before putting it in the case

Figured its ok to go off-topic on PBF emblem thread #147

I'm not big on customizing the look of a car, I generally do not like body kits, not a fan of all that added plastic, etc. But there is something to making this car unique and I just think the new PBF badges are better looking than the old ones. That and once you start it everyone knows it's a GT anyway.

I guess I should have been more specific, I meant the new style SGT PBF badges. I actually like the Scott Drakes PBF badges too I just like the new ones better. And since I am now paranoid about having my only pair stolen if I put 'em on the car I'll probably get the SD bagdes unless I do something different.

For me I want something that will stand out a little more against the Legend Lime paint, the GT is a little bland for me right now.

Until I saw the pic I had no clue what you were talking about. Whittman tiger, M51, DML, IDF T34...

For what you have to pay on e-bay for the PBF emblems you be half way to getting performance enhancing mod, like CAI or a nice set of gears.Right now its a novelty but when winter comes I'd rather pay my heating bill.

Well, the PBF emblems have topped 300.00 on ebay today.

Kevin, the T-34 looks great.Understand about the time issue, I'm currently doing some custom builds, just don't have alot of time.Stashing most of the armor kits, usually build aircraft. Here's my last sold one;
