I love everything about your car but the painted pony and I hate that.

I sort of have to agree. Your car looks fantastic, but I think the painted pony actually clashes with the colors and clean lines of your paint and stripes. Other than that:

I'm not proficient at photochopping... anyone care to give it a try? I'd like to see the grille insert on my car:

Thanks for the compiments and the criticism. If you can find something I've had done to the car you would like on yours then great. If you see something you wouldn't want on yours then maybe I saved you a few bucks (LOL). Owning it and tayloring it to what one likes is part of the enjoyment of having a Mustang. Looking forward to seeing how others make their car(s) unique.

Right on! It's your car, you do it to your tastes.

On a side note, can you tell me more about your stripes? Painted, or vinyl? I want to get those exact one but in black for the 05.

Thanks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Hec

Nice look, but $100 for a chromed plastic part? I'll wait for the price to come down to something more reasonable or for competitors to start making.

I've been looking for a coral that will fit on mine for quite some time. I've been modding the car to look like my 68.

Only things I can't seem to find is a coral like the 68 which this one is close to, however has the two extended arms like the 67 and 65. I don't want that. I can't find a C-stripe I like either. Just nothing really close. Click my signature link for other mods. And of course, they don't make the 68-69 styled steels wheels large enough to clear the brakes.

Here's mine, but don't flame my pony, he's already on fire. :P

Like John said, the $100.00 part probably cost no more than 5 bucks to make in quantity. But it is very well made and the fit is excellent.

Please use the PM feature for chit-chat not related to this topic.

Anyway, I have seen the coral installed on a new stang and it looks pretty good. For me it is a toss up, keep the original grille, go with center fogs or the coral. The coral sure does look good though, but if I was to install one, I'd keep the pony chromed.

I want one, but not for $100.

I visit WebElectric every few days looking for a sale. Until then, I'll just be patient.
