99% sure on the 07 CS/GT there is clear coat on the wheels

1. If the clear coat is coming/peeling off is is there a chemical like
'Aircraft Remover' that will safely remove/strip all the clear coat off

2. If so can the natural finish be buffed out with polishing pads/cloth etc
to get a new luster?

3. Can the wheel in the natural state have the clear coat reapplied? Will it
involve a professional/paint shop etc. Is there a way for an a individual
to do this at home
