Police spec. steel wheels?

Has anyone seen these on Mustang cop cars or anything like that? They must exist.

I wouldn't mind finding a set for some winter rims, the cop look would be pretty nifty.

I have seen a pic of them. I think it was a v6 with little or no options. I just can't remember where I saw it.

I don't think the V6 rims would fit a v8's front brakes... Anyone know?

I think they need to be at least 17". I've heard there's compatability issues even with some aftermarket 17's because of the size of the front brakes.
