This fell off

 

so I replaced it with this

 

HOLY ****!!! thats amazing!!! how do you like it?!? hows it sound?

 

I didn't think you would be able to hear it stinking air but man, can you ever.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to mess around with it tonight. I spent about 2 hours installing it. I hooked it up to the factory air box which means I had to remove my MMR intake kit and reflash the ECM back to factory settings

I hope to make a box that will work with the MMR kit. Car still moves pretty good thought.

My neighbour came running outside when he saw me doing this........

you can tell I was really concentrating while cutting that thing. My wife came out with her camera because she couldn't believe I was doing this in the driveway.

Oh, also I need a place to stay. I have been sent to the doghouse for a while after installing this. Once she saw all the new parts I recently installed coming off for the shaker I knew I was a dead man.

 

Look's great!! I thought I had it bad drilling holes in my hood for pins...LOL

I took it out for a spin. Sure got a lot of looks but as I sat at a red light I heard a guy say to his girlfriend "Look at that riced out mustang"
That nearly broke my heart, but then the light turned green and I was smiling again.

Hey sorry you are in the dog house - think it took just as big a set of brass ones to do the Shaker so soon after the SS kit and suffer the wrath of the ife as it did to take a saw to the hood!
