Looks good, but your pics are extremly overexposed [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif[/img] Open up your apature or increase your shutter speed.

 

Are you happy with the fit/finish of the hood? What are the measurements of the "stripe" area? Distance from center of hood, and with of stripe/indentation?

 

I'll take the measurements tomorrow, before I drop it off, and I'll let you know...

About the camera, yeah, I know, but it was REALLY sunny here in FL, and the sun was about to set... anyhoot, still working on figuring out all the tricks about the camera

 

Well, dropped it off last night at the shop, they told me it will be done by next week. I'll hold off on the two-tone thing for a few months, as I want to do a couple of things to the car still, and in doing the two-tone, if you want it to come out right, you have to repaint the entire car (to make the two-tone line smoot and not beveled).

I understand, I've decided to just to the rocker stripes for now. And add a white suede headliner -shazizzal my fazzizal...............

Well, the main reason why I'm waiting is because I will get the side scoops molded into the body, and maybe the louvers as well, so he said that since he will have to re-paint the entire body to do a two-tone, might as well have all the pieces to do it at once... makes sense?

So, since that's the case, I'm just painting the hood white for now, and in about a year (or maybe more), I'll have the front bumper, side skirts with side exhaust, rear bumper, louvers and side scoops all painted at the same time...

No you are correct, I was just giving you a hard time!!!!! I just made an appt for Friday for the rockers, and the headliner next week.....pix to follow!!!

Can't wait! I never thought I was gonna be able to do the car like I am right now, especially with the outrageous prices on paint, but my girlfriend's uncle, all he paints is Porsches, you guys should see his, deep DEEP black, just immaculate! He told me he'll work with me, so I'm excited on how the car will look like in the months to come!
