painted in PPG cherry red polyeurethane with red-to-green flip-flop and orange and blue pearls added for highlights on front, spoiler and back.
Three coats PPG clearcoat wet-sanded and buffed out.
Total cost labor and materials $2600.00 (43 hours labor to complete)

Anyone with blue stripes on a white car would be greatly appreciated.
Still leaning towards 10.5" with 1.5" gap, but I need to see dark stripes (blue) on a light car (white) to get the right perspective. To me a light color on a dark car needs completely different measurements.

Since I installed the Roush bumper, I wanted to make sure I'm going to be happy with my stripe choice.

 

Donna's old car: (which was recently spotted in Greenville, SC)
10 1/2 wide 1 1/2" gap..(?) I think. Whatever you had on the sheet originally is correct..

Anyone here have a black mustang with silver stripes? Pls post pics.

 

'05 Sonic Blue with Satin Silver Painted Stripes. 12" with 2" gap. Approximately $1,200

 

We've got two styles now available for anyone who is interested.

First obviously is the style on our car, (white #05) - available separately or together (hood, sides, running horses) and of course the sponsor logos are for our car only. The sides are 4" (OEM is 3") and the tops are approx. 12" with a 9" gap. On our car they are blue metallic and reflective (the horse and numbers are reflective foregrounds)

Second, we just finished our "boss" style package - still need to give it a name... this is silver/white reflective on a black car - talk about bright! It's 4" sides / runners, and I think the center is 10", although I don't have the dimensions for it in front of me right now.

On all of them, the "SilverHorseRacing.com" lettering in the stripe is optional, but appreciated!

And if you ever wondered what happens when you take Mustang stripes and morph them onto a F350, wonder no more! The rocker stripe on there is 7", but the hood stripes are the same size as the Mustang, just trimmed at both ends. The truck is done in reflective silver on black as well - just so nobody misses us coming or going at night...
