It's vinyl, we got it from Graphic Express. http://graphic-express.com/k175-s8-s...ood_stripe.asp. We did the matt black to match the color of the stock California Special striping. Installation wasn't too hard, it came with easy to follow instructions. Over all I'm very pleased with it, the only thing I wish they'd change is the trailing edge. The vinyl is square cut there while the hood edge is rounded. It looks okay but it would definitely be better if it matched the curve of the hood.

 

if i stripe my hood i may very well go with this design! i like it a lot

 

I have not gone thru the entire thread so my question may be in there, but has anyone put on any really wide stipes like 18 inches. I am thinking I would like to see some that go from right at the hood crease to just pass the inside of the tail lights. I currently have 10 1/2 inch stripes with a 1 inch gap and may go wider. Have you noticed how wide the stripes are on the John Force Funny Cars. I like the wider look. Thanks.

10 inch charcoal mettalic from BSM. Need to reorder front bumper pieces. The originals didnt survive.

I live in Pinehurst,nc, and can't find anyone to put stripes on my GT. Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

I did mine myself in the garage in about 18 hrs. I am very happy with the way they turned out.

im very happy with the look of my stripes, but if you love your car like i do, youll be picky as hell

carolina customs, on bingham drive in fayetteville is where i did my business, i went there because it is hard to find these places around here and this is where the dealer gets their work done

there were a few bubbles in the rocker stripes and on the two racing stripes they cut kind of sloppily underneath the spoiler, you cant see unless your looking for it, but hey, this is me

overall, they did good, for a good price, but if your a perfectionist, youll find a flaw or two
