Thumbs down

For those of use who may be considering buying or have already bought an '05 V6, let's use this thread to post pics of any mods that have been done. I know I already saw Donna's thread of her silver v6 with the stripes and it looks great. I just thought it would be nice to have one thread for all V6 exterior mods since there doesn't seem to be as many as there are GT exterior mods, thus making it harder to find the ones that are.

Try this:

Modded 05 V6

Interior and Exterior shots of a Torch Red on dealer lot, and rim shots of a Legend Lime.

The torch red is making me rethink white racing stripes. Might have to stay black, but wider than these.

I'n not digging that red one at all. I think the wheels stick out too far, and I don't like the stripes. That's just me though.

The Legend Lime looks good with those wheels, but I think it would look much better with them in silver or chrome. At least I now know the V6 looks even better just by adding larger diameter wheels. I just wish the optional wheels for the V6 was available by someone in a 17'' or 18'' size. I'm not into the 20" though. Someone said it best in the fact that it looks like it's riding on wagon wheels since there's barely any tire from the side. Once again, just my opinions.

I like the fog light mods for the V6's. But is it me, or do all three of them look as if the lights aren't level with eachother? Maybe I'm just .

Here are the first pictures of the Street Scene body kit on a 6 cylinder Mustang. This kit was made specifically for the V6. It incorporates the V6 grille shell and all of the V6 mounting points.

Here is an image of the Street Scene rear valance and deck spoiler. The 6 cylinder rear valance is made so that you can use a single or dual exhaust. The photos have been touched up because the urethane is black so its not as natural as it should be. Real painted images will be shown shortly.

can you post the ones that were with black kit pieces, the ps coloring really distorts the car.

I thought when I hit reply that it would also show the pic of the back of that car. I think it looks like crap with that kit on. I thought it would show up like the uzi guy shooting it. My mistake. It wasn't anything aimed at you.

Nah, the pictures themselves are crooked. I saw the red one in person a couple of weeks ago, and the lights are aligned perfectly. It looks kickass! Definitely planning to do that to my car.
