non lowered tire size?

Ive decided to put 18s on my v6 and as i dont want to lower it and also dont want to lose a lot of sidewall from my stock gt 17s with pirellis, what size 18 inch tire would fill in the wheel well well with a stock ride height? And would any of you recommend just lowering the rear on my v6? it seems to sit a lot higher than the front.

Two plus one tire sizing. You'll need a 235/50/18 or a 255/45/18 which has the same overall diameter of your 235/55/17's.Then again if you run a wide 18x9 use the 255/45/18's.If you do not follow the two plus tire sizing you'll throw your speedo with a taller tire if your after more sidewall.

Check Roush to see if the their rear coils will work on a v-6 Stang. Roush sells them by the pair front or rear.
