Next round of mods complete.... cont.

OK its been awhile since I posted, but I promised some pix and some of you have been calling me out...... so...... nothing really special but here are some pix of my latest mods- shortie antenna (thanks blkstang06!), powdercoated cam covers (thanks for the loaners INTRUDER!) and GT500 spoiler from Sportwing ($220 painted, thanks forum members for showing me the light!):

Keep in mind I haven't had time to stripe the spoiler yet...... looks kinda incomplete right now but I did receive vinyl yesterday so it won't be long now 'till competion.

Shortie antenna:

GT500 spoiler:

Cam covers (powder-coated):

Thanks guys...... forgot to mention, I further trimmed the Shaker shroud and added some weather-stripping to help seal it up and finish the look. It really helped bring out (show) the blue injectors and blue cam covers.

The GT500 spoiler looks awsome Tom. My only hang up on pulling the trigger on it is drilling the extra holes.

I understand...... after I cut the hole for the shaker last year, I am much less timid lol!

Looks Great, Tom If I ever get my baby back, I'll post pics of the updates. What headers did you end up getting?

I installed Ford Racing ceramic-coated shortie headers...... I figure they probably only added 5 horse or so, but I bought them for like $200 here in the classifieds so I figured for that price, they sure look better than the rusty stockers.

Looks great. Any plans to put lower side scoops on? Personally I think our cars look better when they have upper and lower scoops, just my honest opinion

Have thought about it, just can't get myself to pull the trigger. I'm about done spending money on appearance other than some underhood chrome- but maybe will still do the lower scoops before I call it quits.

Thanks for the suggestion- got any good pix to share?

Must of got off early tonight yeah kid?? I also wondered about lower side scoops for your car. So much about your car has the Shelby air about it why not go all the way?? It's only stuck on with 3M tape if you don't like them... yank em!

Your welcome!! I kinda get a kick out of spending your hard earned money. If you need any other suggestions...just let me know. I really think your car needs a set to crossdrilled and slotted rotors from Rotorpro's to set it off on the outside. Just let me know if you need a link. Ooops! That will cost you some more huh?
