New wing installed today!
#1
I ordered my 05 Roush wing Tuesday, they said it would take 1-4 weeks, well maybe they meant 1-4 days. Three days later it was on my front porch. I went ahead and test fitted it today, so that I can have it sprayed Monday, and installed.
I went ahead and took pics of it in it's grey primer against my black 05, so that you can see the contrast for those that may be interested. Only cost 279.00 plus shipping which was about 307.00 all together.
Will be painted Monday, and will post more pics.

Reallylike the side look of the car. It really flows with the design....Not sure of the back yet. Will have to see when it's painted and not grey but I think it will look great. Good job.

I also want to know if it uses the stock spoiler mounting holes, but I'm guessing it doesn't. Did you have the stock spoiler before? If so, does it at least cover the holes left by removing the stock spoiler? I decided late in the game that I wanted to go with an aftermarker ducktail-type spoiler, and by the time I decided I wanted the spoiler delete option it was too late...locked for production

Looks better than I thought it would. Did it use the factory spoiler holes for the mounting location? Did you have to drill holes to mount the side pieces?

Thanks to all, will post additional pics later this week.

Man, you and I just don't have the same taste when it comes to accessorizing the GT.
Whatever floats your boat.

Bucky... just got your PM and had to come check it out. I think it looks great. Those of you who don't like it, it may have something to do with the color... wait until it's black and blends in with the car. I think it's looking real good. Can't wait to see it painted.
And I didn't know your '02 GT was Mineral Grey. Nice choice in colors, I must say.

Yea, I'm not a big fan of the look either, but that could be the contrast since its not painted makes it stick out like a sore thumb. So reserving final thoughts till you post the painted pics

It doesn't look to bad, but it wouldn't be my primary choice for a new spoiler, in fact... it would probably be one of the last spoilers I would choose for the 05 mustang. I'm not real fond of the roush look this year. A simple tapered ducktail would work nice. The side view isn't to bad, but the back is simply atrocious. Perhaps it will look more camoflagued on the black, but it would stick out like a sore thumb on any other color.
