New wheels & Shelby bumper.

After waiting for what seemed like an age my tires are finally here. The wheels are 20x8.5, tires 255/35/20 Pirelli P-Zero, springs - Eibach Pro-kit. GT 500 bumper fom who else but Kevin & shipped to the UK. Thanks to all you GT 500 conversion guys for the inspiration, Jesse, rjuice etc. I am really pleased with how it came out.

Jeff

Thanks for the comments, the Pony was self adhesive & had locating pegs, so I just lined it up where the snake emblem would normally be.

WOW One of the best looking 05+ Stangs Ive seen...I love the subtle changes which make the car look 10x better but also leave you saying what exactly was done-because it looks so factory. Simple and Unique!

OK, the Sun finally came out in Eastern Washington. So, I got a couple of shots that were better lit. Like Rob, I also put the Running Pony on the grille. I did make a backing plate for it and epoxied it on there, but maybe the factory stickup would have held it. I actually didn't realize that the locator pins had the same spacing as the holes in the GT500 grille. Anyway, the front and rear fascias do a lot for the looks of these cars, I think.

And yes, ukfiveo, I agree your car looks great. Nothing beats the looks of a shiny black car.

Fantastic, UK! Black with white or silver stripes is one of my favorites, and the nose and wheel combo looks great! I'm considering similar wheels, and if I ever have to replace the front fascia, that one's a no-brainer. Good job.

Yes, you replace the entire headlamp assembly, they are a different shape to the originals.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys, driving home yesterday was a bit like sitting in a goldfish bowl with all the attention!
