Sweet. Your spacer looks like it just came with the package. It's a perfect fit.

Don't get me wrong, I love the off-centered mount. I'm just a centered kinda guy and I'm aiming for a symmetrical look, hopefully I can make it work with this bracket.

With us Mustang owners, there isn't too much that is wrong. I like the rear spoiler, but not crazy about the fake hood scoop. Others hate the spoiler but love the scoop. It's all in a matter of preference. You may be centered, but some of us are just a little bit off center!

do you think it would fit well centered? I'm kinda like Adrian Monk that way...I like symmetry!

ive had this plate holder for about 6 months and was on the fence about putting it on. here in MD you have a front plate and i am like most here that i do not want to ruin the front bumper by putting to ridiculous holes in where the plate goes. from what i have seen and did some trial fits, you will have some modifications to do in order for the plate holder to set level. im just still uneasy cause i have to drill holes in my underside. i will look for spacers also in order for it to fit right.

Actually there is another one from a company called Autoloc and it looks like it uses their $59 motor assembly

Anyone managed to get this installed on a CDC Classic bumper yet? I am moving to a province where you need a front plate shown. I'm not that worried about flipping it down but I'd like to have it tucked off to the side if I can.

I got stopped for no front plate today. I told him it's in front and just hidden and I just came from a car show. I got out of the car and just pulled it up and showed him. He lectured me on how I need to display 2 plates. I laff because he left his speed trap to get me. He got no $$ out of me. I'm sure he will be looking for me again, and i'm an easy find since I need to go though the center of town and all the speed traps.

I just received the plate holder today.. it looks really low with my lowered car. Has anyone trimmed the center upright of the lower grill on the GT's to mount this in the lower grill (flipped up would be sitting in stock plate location)?

How low are you? The front of my GT/CS is lower than the standard GT. 1.5 inches I think. I go up and down a dirt driveway with plenty of 'bumps' in it without bottoming out.

FRPP springs, I've scraped before and would really rather not leave my license plate on the road somewhere
