It just cost me $110 all in. I bought the CDC textured painted flat black.

Bought this from this site.

I tell you, genuine parts need not be expensive...

And it is a Ford Official Licensed Product.

Is that $110 for the chin spoiler and the paint? Or just the paint?

I got mine (texture black painted)from american muscle for $225.00 plus shipping. LMP sells them pre-painted in the color that you want for around $350 with free s/h. Though I don't have any knowledge of the quality of their paintwork. Just something else for you to consider.

I've gotten a lot of compliments on the way the front of my car looks after I added the classic chin spoiler.

dude, that looks ALOT like the GT/CS front end.

I am debating between these two options. I think the CDC is the cheaper route.

If they had offered yellow for the 07 model year I would've gotten one in a heartbeat! That car is super nice When that chin spoiler is added to these cars it just adds so much to the way they look, IMO. Thats a great "before and after" shot too.

I had pondered getting the GT/CS front before I had gotten the Classic chin spoiler. In the end I decided to get the chin spoiler because it stuck out a little more than the one on the CS facia. I thought it gave it a little more of an aggressive appearance. The price being cheaper was an added bonus, for me, anyway. It all comes down to personal preference and that makes it all good.

Very aggressive looking indeed!

Buy the Scott drake "powered by Ford" emblem from partscheap. He's a friend of mine! Your car looks great.

how was the install? is it easy?
and does anyone have pictures of the chin spoiler on a black stang
when it's flat black and when the whole thing is painted gloss black?
i like the idea of painting just the sides, but i want to see the other two options on a black car.

thanks in advance.
