Your car looks GREAT, I love what you did with the center caps. I broke one of my original ones so I modified the basic Ford ones that come in the 17" Bullitts to fit the Konigs.

 

Guess I will need to pull the tire off the car and look to see if the center caps pop out or not. Wonder how knock offs would look on these.

 

The center caps will pop off easily enough. They just compress in like the OEM caps on the Ford wheels. If by 'knock offs' you're talking the after market 'Spinner caps' they will not work. They sit too deep and won't allow for movement to remove the lug nuts. I currently have a set of BRS swept spinners for sale as a result of this. With a dremel tool and some JB Weld and 1966 GT Center caps you can modify the Konig caps to look OEM.
