Got them at EBAY for 50 bucks, original price runs around 100-170. Search for NEON UNDERBODIES.
The windshield washer lights are $10.
Sorry for the crappy pics.
Oh btw, these lights are illegal, so watch out where u turn them on :P

they kinda looked okay on NeedForSpeed Underground 2.. but this proves EA still has some more room of improvement for graphics to be realistic 
i wouldn't do it on mine (when it's here) but to each his own.
