Need Suggestions for mods

After deciding not to sell my 05 GT and upgrade to a new 2013, because I felt like I was forcing myself to like the rear of the car, amongst other things. I've decided to start up with the mods on my car again. I was wondering what suggestion folks on here would have for me. I've attached some old pics only difference now being that I removed the rear spoiler. So please feel free to let me know what you guys think. So far I have though maybe Agent 47 mirrors, perhaps a Roush 9 bar grille, GT/CS rear and maybe a splitter to the CDC spoiler.

D@mn man! If it looks that good now, why change it? The car looks great! Just my 2 cents.

Thanks B1GP1MP1N I have often thought myself but a modder is never satisfied. Oh and I have thought about lowering it but think I will just end up scrapping the front everywhere I go.

Did you ever think of the meziere electric water pump? That is always a way to free up existing horsepower for a relatively low cost. Some people have seen gains of 15-20 hp

Here is a VERY crude and quick swap. Why do you think?

You can go with these http://www.americanmuscle.com/p-springs-2011-gt.html

Mild drop that looks better and doesnt scrap everywhere. Did them myself in the drivewat with basic tools.

Other than that the Agent 47 mirrors would look great! Plan on getting them, and about $5k other stuff, now that Im done with the '11 Roush for awhile.

I see you have the classic pony emblems on the side, are they a direct swap from the GT ones? Would like to do this myself!

I think just some cheap things to play around with like painting the calipers, chrome turn signals, and some vinyl stripes of any kind. That'll keep you busy for a long time and allow for a lot of different looks that are easily changeable and cheap and effective.

Glad you decided to keep your car by the way!

Thanks for all the great suggestions guys. I think I will lower it and play aroudn with the mirrors and lights to start. It was and remains to be difficult to not jump on the new stangs simply because of the engine, but like I said I am not sold on the look.

I say get the Roush/CDC grille and get the DG Custom hidden fog brackets to put the fogs behind the grille. Get smoke front turn signals and smoke rear side markers and the Agent-47 mirrors.

Car looks good though!

That's what I'm going to do. Have to send the grille back to Shelby bc a screw broke off it, but once it's back I'll have hidden fogs and a black billet grille

I love the way your car looks. Very clean...very mean

It would be pretty cool to see the CDC Classic Chin Splitter installed and painted to match your CDC Classic Chin. The combination looks fantastic so I can't even imagine how great it would look painted gloss black to match the body!

Going to go ahead and lower one inch all around. Don't know if I need shocks and struts for that. Looking for a good price for the Agent 47 mirrors, . Going with halos on the fogs only think it might be overkill and all four. Not sure if I should black out fogs and heads, just fogs or just heads. Leaning towards blacking out just the fogs.

**** Sweet Car.

I looked & looked and the only thing I could think of is a Center Fog Grille. It would further accentuate an already aggresive looking car.

Lowering an inch would look great but with the chin spoiler could be an issue. When I am paying attention in my Gt-500 I can usually avoid scraping mine but the minute you are distracted. SCRAAAAATCH not a good feeling or sound.

KC
