Need some help with wheels

Ok, so I'm brain dead when it comes to proper backspacing and offset. I want to put 17x8 FRPP wheels (link below) on my 05 Mustang GT. I can't find the stock specs anywhere. The backspacing for the FRPP wheels is 5.720 in., the offset is +32.00mm and they have a 5 x 4.5 in. bolt circle. Will they fit properly? And if not, what is the minimum backspacing/offset for an 05 Mustang GT?

I really want to put these on with some tall tires, probably Nitto NT 450's with 255/50R17 on the front and 275/50R17 on the rear. The Nitto website says that the approved rim width for the 275's is 7.5 to 9.5. Does anyone see any problems with this setup?

Found this on ebay. May have answered my question. They said that they test fitted on an 05 and there is a picture!

Stock 17x8 inch wheels have a +45mm offset.Heres a link to a calculator that lets you compare different offsets and widths.
