Need Opinions on 18" Wheels

I am pretty set on getting CTR Replica 18X9" wheels, but was wondering what else is out there. I've looked through the wheel sticky, but figured that since it was almost spring there might be some more pictures out there so lets see them.

I really like these as well:

Im with you...There are not a lot of wheels out there for the 05+ Stangs that catch my attention

I will NOT put 20s on the car, but even some 18s look too small for the car IMO.

I do however like the wheels you posted up, who are they from?

What kind of wheels are you looking for??? Modern, retro or some thing in between??? There are a ton of 18 inch wheel options for the S197 Mustang, you just have to know where to look.

These are new, at least I haven't seen them yet. Konig Heatsink wheels. You can get them in 18X8 for the front and 18X9.5 for the rear.

I won't put 20's on my car and you lose tire selection with 19's. I am dead set on running Kumho MX's in 275/40/18 all around. The wheels I posted are RaceLines in 18 X 9". I cannot seem to find pricing on them though

My brother's Konigs bent pretty easily, so I am going to pass on those. The design reminds me of the FR500 or CTR replica Ford GT wheels.

Anyone know if they make these in 18's in the correct S197 offset?

They are American Racing Rebels.

Any pics? I'd be interested in chrome since my car is black.

Also, does anyone have an pictures of FR500s with the S197 specific offset???

Jason, I too was all set to get a set of CTR wheels in the gunmetal finish. Then I realized that I have to buy wider tires. Too much $$ for me. Then I read the post that KCStang05 wrote, that the Shelby Wheel Company were finally going to release their CS67's in several 18" sizes, with one of them being 18" X 8.5" (same as factory fanblades I have). This way, I can use the same tires (which only have 9,000 miles on them), and save the $$$ I would have spent on tires with the CTR wheels, for other mods! If you haven't seen these wheels, I have pics below, in all 3 colors! I'm going with the Antracite color. I LOVE THESE!! Very retro looking and look great on the new Mustangs. Only have to wait less than 60 days till they become availble for purchase, and my quest for wheels will finally be over!!

I like the Racline GTs. 18X9 in Anchracite, around all 4. They would fit those 275/40/18s well. Without the spinner (they are optional and not my cup), they are ~22lbs and are forged. Lethal has them for $385 a piece IIRC.

I run the Konig Beyonds in a 18X8.5 for now. They are nice but the other Konigs posted are sweet!
Your pretty lucky to have a Black Mustang, you have a lot more options like running polished, chrome or painted wheels.

Those black ones are really good, but I am REALLY digging the Antracite colors.
