I need someone in Las Vegas (Vegas jay?) to stop by Mustang Depot of Las Vegas and check out this 67 Shelby style hood. Cant really tell from photos but fit might not be up to snuff... Its what I've been waiting for though.

I've seen it once early on...It looked pretty good, not what I was looking for but a nice hood none the less. What specific detail's are you looking for and I'll stop by there and try to get some better pic's... I can tell you that the owner Jay is a good guy, and they have a good company. Hope that help's.

Specifically I want to know if it fits well. In the photos it looks short on the front corners and long in the rear. Also in this photo
http://www.mustangdepot.com/OnLineCatalog2...46-4685_IMG.JPG
it looks like the rear is high. May be they didnt take the time to line it all up perfectly. But I would like to know more about how well it fits before I go for it. To be honest, never having had a fiberglass hood I'm somewhat hesitant, but I really like the look on this hood.

Ive dealt with them before, bought the CDC Classic chin spoiler, painted it body color. Absolutely love it.

if that hood does fit okay, it has to be one of the nicest hoods I have seen for the 05.

Why does it gotta be, I heard this was going to be funtional, in fact I think I talked with this company and they said it comes with blockoffs molded in, you just cut them out or they will. I also believe they were painting it for 100.00

Last time I checked thier web site they were out of stock. Maybe VegasJay could post some better/close up pics??? and consider using hood pins with an after market fiberglass hood...

I posted info some time back...It's hard to get pics as they normally don't have any in their shop. I am going by there soon and I'll see if they have any hoods. They are making me some louvers like the ones in their hood to put in my RK Sport hood.
