Going for the old Mach 1 look. Going to add gloss black rocker stripes, black out the rear between tail lights and add a black strip to the top of the factory spoiler. Everyone has shelby stripes so I thought of going with something different and subtle..not so in your face. What do you think??
Stripe installer took 4 times to get it on. Installed dry, has some air bubbles which she said will go away with the sun.

Scott,
Looks good! I almost went for this kind of look when striping mine but went with a ralley style stripe instead. I can see from yours that the MACH I style does indeed look good on the '05.
Shaker scoop would really set it off as well! When I was considering this route I was thinking about painting the rear spoiler black to match the chin spoiler - I still think that would look nice with your setup.

have you considered buying a new black spoiler from ford and putting that on.

The decal shop is going to make me a custom decal to put on the upper portion of the stock spoiler that only goes on the raised part of the spoiler......going to see how it looks first but I am considering getting a black one.

If you need any views of a Red Fire with a black spoiler, I have one and can take real pictures to help your decision. Here are a few I already have.
If you do buy a new spoiler, check casco Parts on Ebay. They sell takes offs from Steeda (I think). I got mine for $110. That was original factory paint.

Looks really nice, but the rest of the car looks plain now, without any striping on top of car etc. If your going to do striping I think it needs something over the whole car, not just the hood. But that is just my thoughts.

Besides the hood it is in the shop now for side stripes, black out between rear and spoiler decal. Not putting anything on the roof, not the look I am going for.

Scott, I have the stock black spoiler that came off my car (went with CDC Ducktail). It is in great shape, like new, and I'll sell it to you cheap! PM me if interested.

Hey, anyone else got a takeoff black spoiler they'd be willing to sell cheaper than $110?
