Just had my hood stripes custom made to go along with a rear end blackout. Tried to copy elements of my 70 FB.

How did you blackout the stripes in the taillights? Is the rear blackout paint or vinyl? :scratch:

The rear blackout is vinyl... I took my taillights out, masked them and used semi-gloss spray paint to give the taillights more definition. I had the hood stripe custom made at a local vinyl graphics shop. Much better price than online plus greater artistic freedom..

Looks cool Michael, but I rather a bit wider gap between the two stripes... close like that makes it too much white. I can't wait to get mine done. But I want the clear bra on the front too, so I think I will do the stripes then the bra.

Is your stripes painted? What did that cost?
