just a thought - paint them a satin black and try that look. otherwise, i would say maybe on the back - even then i would consider the smaller letters form the 69/70

How about a giant sunshade with Mustang across the top of your windshield, that would match nicely.....

Nope. Looks really cluttered. Not my taste at all but it's YOUR car so do what YOU like.

 

I think they look good man ..your never going to please everyone besides it your car.Do what you have to do it make it your OWN

 

Personally its not for me. Everyone knows my car is a Mustang without all the added emblems. I would be concerned about the proper spacing between each letter.

Not on the stock hood for these particular letters, I think the SHELBY looks good because it's a shorter word, put it on the back if you really like the idea of them.

 

Ok. So I had an ambulance driving behind me today coming home from work.... you could put the letters on the hood BACKWARDs so it spells Mustang in everyones rearview just like they do on the front of the meat wagon! I am only kidding of course. But I still give a no vote to doing them at all.

It probably doesnt look good on the stock hood. Also might be font that made it look out of place. I think if you choose different font and put put them on these hood..I think it might be ok....
