My custom hood letters...yes or no?
I was inspired by the GT500KR hood lettering and made these. They are plastic and painted to match my Foose Nitrous wheels. I will be doing the GT500 bumper swap soon and I am kind of on the fence about these letters....should I put them on or no?

Umm, they would look better on the back!! Thats where they have been historically, check out some of the members rides in the 1st & 2nd gen. threads. Plus, it lets your competition know what just beat them if they haven't figured it out yet!!

I think they are too large for the hood. Maybe if they were the size of FORD letters used on the early Mustangs, they would work. They would look right at home on the trunk lid, though.

The letters look cool, but are WAY to big. If you reduce their size say maybe 30-40% then it would look better. Also, I'd make them out of a thinner plastic like 1/8th inch.
As they are now... a big NO.

Well hate to beat a dead horse but I gotta say No. In the rear perhaps or with a smaller size perhaps.

As opposed to HTT's view on the insignificance of emblems, Shelby's legacy appears to be relying on emblems and badges placed at every open corner of the Mustang thus mainly achieving the disposal of its clean looks.
