Looks strangely familiar for some reason (he emailed me similiar pix a couple of days ago)

I like the Roush fascia without the front spoiler look.

Thanks Guys. I am waiting for my Legend spoiler to be finished at the shop. That and rear lowering springs and thats about it for the exterior!

Looks good, Chuck. (love the fascia ) I've always thought the Roush front fascia makes the front end look too cluttered w/ the stock GT grille.

How did the grille attach? Did you have to drille holes in the fascia?

Do you have any close up pics of the grille before it was installed? (I'm thinking about getting one and taking out every other bar to give it a '66 look)

What kind of setup did you use to run the Roush fogs since you don't have the GT fogs anymore? I figure it'd be pretty easy to make an extension by cutting up the Roush wires. (I haven't hooked mine up yet because I didn't want to cut up the Roush harness, but I have almost all the parts to make seperate extensions.)

Jason,Sorry I don't have any pics before installation. There are 4 metal tabs extending off of it.(2 on the bottom and 2 on the top sides. the screws they supplied easily screwed into the fascia so there was no need for a drill. I had a place install my fascia and they hooked up the Roush fogs separately. So I simply disconnected the stock fogs and left the wires dangling.(i used electrical tape the cover the plug receptacles. I love this grille and don't miss the stocker at all. Now just waiting for someone to design and manufacture the lower part!

Maybe I missed it but are you using the switch for the OEM fog lights to operate the Roush fogs?

No . had the Roush switch installed on lower left dash

Could one use the OEM switch with the Roush Fogs? I figure if I went with a Roush fascia and billet (no fog lights) grille, I might as well make use of the existing switch.

Doable?

I'm sure if you had enough electrical experience it would be doable. The Roush switch is smaller than a dime..can hardly see it. I'll try to get pics once the weather clears here

May I step in here? (I seem to be becoming an expert on these things. )

Yes. You can use the OEM switch with the Roush fogs. That's exactly what I'm planning on doing if... well you guys know the story. Anyway, the connectors on the back of the Roush fogs are exactly the same as the stock fogs. All you have to do is get some harness extensions like the ones that come with a center fog grille. (yeah, good luck getting a set. I've been trying for months)

The only possible problem would be how much current the Roush fogs would pull. I don't think it'll be a problem though. The Roush fogs use a 9145 bulb, which I think is the same as the stock fogs.

To be exact, the back of the Roush fogs reads:
Sylvania
9145 H10 U
25K 12V 42W
L0804 USA

Hope that helps. If anyone can find a place to buy the connectors, I only need a few pieces to make my own extensions. I'd gladly be the guinea pig. My Roush fogs still haven't been turned on.

Jason, As I'm not technically savy on what extensions are, I'm not sure if this is a possible solution but:

It appears from photos that companies like BBR http://www.blowbyracing.com/chspspbu.html
and Ronaele http://www.ronaelemustang.com/
have relocated the factory fogs down low. If this is the case, then maybe they have created extensions so that fog lights can be used in this location. If this is the case and they are indeed compatible with the Roush Fogs then could this be a solution to your problem ?

Just called BBR.They said they only use half an extension. (i.e. splice into the factory harness) The guy I talked to claimed no one makes the connectors that would plug into the factory harness yet because the bulb is so new. Of course he didn't believe me when I said they were.

Ronaele won't answer the phone even though they're on Eastern time. Remind me and I'll try again later.

Nice job Chuck, I hate you. I've been hoping no one did this 'cause I've been eyeing the Cervini's grill for months, then the new Shelby GT & H come out and I want one even more. Looks like it's inevitable now
