Where did you get those fan blade wheels from?

You said they were Ford Racing but those are not yet on Ford Racing's site yet.

In fact Ford Racing has a rather limited selection of 18" wheels:

http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/wheel...partbasketid=33

Perhpas that URL is not a comprehensive list of all the wheels they offer?

Very Nice! What brand tire did you go with? I am upgrading my stock bullits to the 18" fanblades as well, and can't decide on the rubber. Oh, here is a pic of my baby with the 3dCarbon DT.

As a matter of fact I decided to go with the 3d carbon ducktail after seeing pictures of your car! For tires I went with Kumho ECSTA ASX

Hehe. Glad I could help with your duck tail decision. I just ordered the Fanblades and Kumho setup from TireRack. Great prices and cheap shipping. Did you have yours mounted by TireRack? If so, did they put the weights on the outside or inside of the rims? Questions questions. Oh, one more, what color leather is that on your hand brake and armrest? Looks like the charcoal to me. Looks nice. Thanks alot, now I have to get those too.

I think its charcoal but it really dark, and yes tire rack shipped the wheels and tires mounted with the weights on the inside of the wheels

Hey USMC0341...

I just had my Ford dealer recalibrate my stangs computer to tell it about the new 255/45/18 tires. Took about 5 minutes and didn't cost me a cent. Well, ok, I owe the tech an ice tea. You had yours done yet?

I haven't had it recalibrated, i didnt think I had to
Using the tire calculator 255 45 18 is the same overall hight as 235 55 17 it's off by .5 percent

Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
235/55-17 5.1in 13.6in 27.2in 85.4in 742 0.0%
255/45-18 4.5in 13.5in 27.0in 84.9in 746 -0.5%
