Attachment 7057I purchased the MRT side window louvers but have not installed them yet. One thing comes to mind. The louvers are open allowing some light in. If water gets in there will it build up and be trapped between the louver and the glass? How can the water drain out? The slots were it could come in don't go all the way to the base so it seems like there would be a little pool of water retained in that area without any way to get out.

 

The directions tell you to leave a little gap with the tape at the corners to let the water drain.

 

I saw that in the directions. Is that sufficient. Any who has these have any problem with water?

 

I do have them and havent had any problem so far.

 

Does anyone sell those MRT side louvers painted?
