If you use the correct materials it should last the life of the car. I know a lot of companies that blen fiberglass the metal use a 2 part system that is used to glue airplane panels together.
looks like the CDC with bondo
Looks cool, But I hope contemporary materials are better than the stuff I remember from 20+ years ago. Back then, bondo always cracked.
Bondo earned a bad reputation because of bodymen who wouldn't pound out dents. Instead they'd cave and pave without working out the dent, people just didn't understand what would happen down the road. Bondo is great stuff when used properly.
car is a Ronale,so I would think the duck tail would be made by Keanen, same as the BBR duck tail. if you look at the car domain ,you car see where this car was done from ground up. Not your average daily driver / show car. I would say this car was made for the show cercuit, like world of wheels and such. If you watch the video, the guy is claiming car has over 700 hp.
Far as cracks coming through,to mold in duck tail it should done in fiberglass ,not bondo until close to finishing work of molding.

Nice looking vert,But far as molding in the duck tail ,my car was done back in early 2005. You could say that Johnny Z and my car of BBR was one of the first to be done. Still very nicely done.
The ducktail was done by a local place here in deland, FL. I couldnt agree more... I think the ducktail is nice, as for the car its not my taste.
