That really goes well with the filler door. Usually on S197's, I think the filler door looks a bit out of place, but with those accents, it seems to fit.

Wonder how that window trim would look with the silverhorse racing louvers. Does the trim fit flush with the body or does it stick out some. Would be nice to see a shot looking down the body

I have been going back and forth on getting that quarter glass trim... I really like it!

The trim sits right on the glass. It doesn't even touch the body. The trim has a 90 degree type of flange that forms to the glass. It may stick out a 32nd but very close to flush.I'll try and snap a micro shot.
I don't think it would work with any type of louvers.

The Silverhorse Racing louvers are the flush louvers, they are the same dimensions as the glass.

Yaller is right - if they fit the factory glass, they should fit our pieces as well if you want to add them on.

Plus, we've got other pieces under or near 100.00 too, but it isn't my place to post them in this thread.

If you could find a parts house that carries that trim peice it would be just a matter of trying it on for size and fit.It looks close.

LOL - it's got nothing to do with "close"

The louver is made from a laser-scan of the OEM glass - we had close to 500k data points to work from in the design phase, so I was just being cautious in my comments because I don't know how well the trim pieces are made to fit. If their fit is consistent and good, they will work with our parts. Every contour and dimension that is critical to the fit of the louver to the body of the car is a duplicate of OEM - ours only differs in the louver area where obviously it looks nothing like the factory glass.
