those are a hard plastic, correct? first I'd start with some of the thick poster style paper, to make a mockup of the hose. You'll have to figure out where you want it to be routed, and it'll involve some cutting, and fabricating. It's not as easy as it sounds like it should be, especially if you want to do a really clean job at it.
