Chrome taillamp trim with classic raised detail. I don't know the brand name but they can be purchased from CJ Pony Parts :

Painted - taped off the main three lights and used a spray can of gloss black (after removing the tail lights from the car). Easy to do, the spray can was about $3.50 at Murray's Auto Parts.

Bought them on Ebay, I think they are Eagle Eyes Red LEDs (BTW, have 2 brand new sets for sale!)

I love the look, day is just as visible if not more than stock, and night, stock looks like a dim reflection when compared to these!
