I am getting ready for the Mustang car show coming up on Sunday, May 29. I just got a custom box made in the spare tire well and they installed my 10"subs today. The engine plenum cover came today as well. The cover, side mirrors and side window louvers are all getting sprayed to match the car tomorrow. I then have to put on the "powered by Ford"decals, and old style "V8" emblem on the cover, install everything and finish hooking up the amp for the subs.

I am working 15 hour days including Saturday, so I don't know where I am going to find the time :shock: But I will.

On top of all this, I have to clay bar the car and fully deatail it for the show. Man, sometimes there just isn't enought hours in the day :notnice:

 

Well, you do have a job................and you do have a new '05 Mustang............so I'd give it a And you love every minute of it!

 

Richard, when are you heading up to the show? I'm going Sunday morning... if you want to meet up, I'll be at the Blockbuster at the T&C Mall at 8:00am.

 

I am leaving the house at 6:30am. Hoping to get to Parksville a bit before 9:00 so I can wash the car before giving it a good polish at the show. I guess I will meet you there. I am taking first place, so don't even think about it Any others you know heading up?

 

I think some of the 5.0 guys are heading up as well. I doubt I'll enter my car since there'll be a few 2005's already on the lot for sale so it seems silly that someone would want to see my 3500km beater in the show!
