All I can say is the shaker looks sooooooooooooo goooooooooodddd!!!!!

So, can the shaker scoop be installed without the engine cover?

With some modding I think it could probably be done but I wouldn't. You would have alot of problems with water getting in without the cover/rain guard. Why did you want to do it?
