Lighter weight 20" wheels

Looking for some lighter weight wheels in chrome or at least something with not much to no black on them. oh and of course I don't want to spend a lot. Maybe 250 a piece or less. 20x8.5 or 9 and 20x10. So what is out there what do you have or recommend? I'm kind of liking these aluminum wheels

"Lightweight" and "20-inch wheels" does not equal "less than $250 a piece"

Personally I'd sacrifice lighter weight for ease of maintenance. Those American Muscle wheels are attractive, but would be a bear to keep clean.

Nothing AM sells is light weight. I found that out when I brought some cheap 18 x 10 rims from them. If you want light weight look up tire rack. Something you will find is 18" is lighter, easier to get, more tire type selection, and a lot cheaper.

I agree with all you guys. The set up I am running now is heavier than stock by 12 pounds or so if I remember correctly per wheel with tire. Yea those AM wheels would be to much work to keep clean. I would probably not go with something in that style. I figure if I can find a set of aluminum wheels that I can fit bigger brakes behind some day I would be lighter than stock at least. Is aluminum a bad choice? I know they can't handle to much abuse.

Funny that the common thought is that 20's will weigh more than smaller wheels.

I recently took off my AMR's to sell them.
The 20x10 rears, with 305/35/20 555R's weighed a whopping 4 tenths of a pound more than the SVT 18x9.5 rim with 305/40/18 555R tire that I put on.

My TSW Gun Metal 20X10 Nurburgring Wheels only way 24.5lbs each. There rotary forged vice cast. The price is a little over what you're looking for but not bad from the vendor I got them from in 2013.

Yes.
People always saying "oh, 20's are gonna weigh more than your 18's" ... nobody ever says, "oh, the 20 inch AMR's (or whatever model wheel) are gonna weigh more than the 18 inch AMR's you have now"

So that's where I was going with that.

I don't know about chrome but if you're looking for black AM has some real nice MMD 551C wheels. I purchased a set during the show and when I got them I weighed the old and the new. The old were the oem fan blade wheels in 18" and they were 56.5lbs and the new 20x8.5 were 56lbs. A weight savings on the front of 1lb. The rear tires are 20x10 and weighed 2lbs more so it was an increase of 4lbs. No big deal for such great looking tires. I also picked up the Brembo brakes so now I have to paint my rear caliper to match.
