how well do the ultra lites reduce squatting and nose diving--is it a noticable improvement over the stock springs?

Can't speak for the springs by themselves as I also swapped out the shocks/struts for Tokico's. With that set up I have almost zero nose dive and with the right setting on the Tokico's, she squats in the back like she's supposed to...

Hi Neil:
To answer your question, I can tell you from my own experience that the ride is definitely stiffer. You get a tighter handling car all around, including nose dive although Ford did a good job with stock 05 Mustangs as far as nose dive. The downside is the car is not quite as comfy for a daily drive.
Your other best bet is Eibach.

lowering the car truly does bring out the amazing bodylines of the mustang.
