Less is More? Impulsively changed styling path for Whinie

I am no longer going to go with a full on Terlingua Racing Team scheme for my car.

Since I had gotten the decals put on Whinnie a few days before the end of 2009, I had gotten alot more attention from other people and cops. I have also somewhat gone back to my roots with being Asian and liking some of the Tuner (subtle looks though, not the big stickers and wings and body kits.) But, things that look like they belong on the car.

I removed the Terlingua Racing Team lettering from the sides of the car. But, kept the Bunny (for now). I also with the help of my friend Pete (who has access to the proper equipment to remove decals) removed the pony package side "mustang" black stripes. The look is cleaner for sure. He cleaned up the car for me, too. On his day of no less! Wow! Good friend! In a month or so I will be getting new 17" custom wheels when I get summer tires put back. (CO necessitates winter tires being a daily driver).

I am thinking about charcoal, gunmetal or that bronze colored wheel for the car. Any suggestions are welcome!
Updated Pics!

Nice and clean look, Luke, I like it

As much as I like the tri-bar pony emblems on the front wings, I'd remove those and drop the bunny (did you know his name is Lusifer? - No, really!) down to replace them.

As for wheels, I'm a sucker for Bullitts, so yeah, a set of take-off 17" anthracites would looks great.

Cheers
Paul

Not sure what the previous look was? My first and foremost recommendation is a set of Tungsten skirts.

You're sure it wasn't another Tungsten coupe with a large yellow Lucifer on the hood?

Black, gray, or crome will look good on your car and thank goodness for taking those decals off!
