i was looking at wheels for my 06 and i love the look of the FR500 wheels and saw them in 18x9 (36mm Offset) and 18x10.5 (45mm Offset). this is the ONLY place i know of that carries them in the 18x10.5 w/ that offset and wondering anyone knows anything.

Looks good to me. I contacted these guys before when I was looking for wheels. They didn't have what I was looking for, but answered all my questions. Call them up and talk with them. Also check out their warranty and return policy to see if it meets what you expect.

The one thing that looks strange to me is the company is in Canada, but it costs less to ship to the US than Canada.
If you're asking about the wheels themselves, I can tell you the 18x9's w/ the +36mm offset will fit fine as long as you remove the dust cap from the front brake hub.
I'm not sure if you'll get any rubbing on the inside with a 10.5" wheel and a +45mm offset, but at least it won't be sticking out as much.

hmm thats quite interesting. if they are not correct measurements i really dont want to do with re shipping and that stuff internationally. i might just go with american muscles 18x9s and have them widened to 18x10 or 10.5 and put a smaller spacer in (if nessacarry) to pull the wheel back out to where it should normally be. might be a little more. unless someone has ordered these wheels with the offset. i guess i could always sell them if worse comes to worse if they dont fit.

Try looking through some of the old posts. There are lots of guys w/ 19x10.5's. See what offset they're using.

Cant really help you with your question but had one of my own if anyone can help. I see the Cobra R's have a backspacing of +24 on the 17x9 is that a safe backspacing for the 05's and up?

Depends on what you mean by safe. Yes, they'll fit, they just won't look good, IMO. They'll stick out too far. That backspacing is made for pre-'05 Mustangs. Here they are with a +45mm offset:
