are they black or grey color on the blades? Those look lighter than the pics I've seen (attached).

BTW they look incredible on your car.

Absolutely gorgeous! The second I saw those wheels I knew they would fit perfectly with the 05.

I didnt weigh either but the tire dealer told me the weight for the beyonds was 19 lbs.

The Color is greyish on the blades. It looks alot darker in that picture you posted than they do in person. Its raining here nowbut ill take a close picture of them so maybe you can get a better idea.

Anyone heard anything about centercaps for these? I should get off my lazy butt and call around but i just got home from a long road trip and need a nap!

So they do look a bit lighter than advertised...grey. Thats OK. I will just have them painted darker like the advertisment. I'm toying with the notion of putting these on a legend lime Mustang.

Does anyone know if painting these rims is feasible? I really want a darker black on the blades like the picture below.

Again they look perfect on your car..thanks for the pictures and response.

I was hoping they would be darker as well (more on the black side)

Still looks awesome nevertheless.

Close up of the wheel, you can see its greyish flecked with some sort of shiny silver. Not as dark as the advertisement.

And the distant shot that was asked for.

I love the wheels and think they look great , but can we all agree that these look VERY close to the fanblades with the difference being that the
inserts(?) are painted. I can't find the pic, but there were some prototype fanblades that looked like this that had been painted. What I don't understand is how so many people slam the blades, but everyone likes these. I love them both... was just a thought.

By the way, It1977, how do you like your sportline springs? I'm still undecided between those or the pro kit.

Well you need to talk to tire rep to determine if they are on wrong sides etc. But most tires these days have some weird tread patterns, and I have seen plenty that are not directional per side. So I would speak with rep. good luck

19lbs for 19's? If that is correct then that is a really lightweight wheel. I like bigger rims but it usually slows you down at the track. Do you notice any slower pickup with these?

Ok now you have me wondering,

I went out to the garage with my house scale and weighed both tire and wheel combos. Now this scale is telling me i weigh 165 pounds. Very flattering thank you! but in reality i weigh around 180 unless i have lost weight in the last 2 months which i dont think is the case.

Anyways my less than scientific findings were than both sets weighed 29.5/30.0 pounds It fluctuated back and forth for both sets. I am pretty sure the actual weight is off some, but im betting that they do weigh very close to the same.

I cant tell any difference in the 18 inch wheel over the 17's. the only racing i really do is usually the interstate or stoplight variety so loosing a little from an 18 inch wheel doesnt bother me.

Also the tire tread is the right way. on all 4 wheels. I checked. even though I stood there and watched em do it

if they weigh the same as stock than that's good but yeah i'm sure the combo is closer to 50lbs. Your scale is definately off by what you said about 15-20lbs. Thanks for checking! The konigs probably weigh closer to 24lbs then cause that's around the weight of the stockers. As long as they weigh the same or less when you upsize then you're good to go. You will probably launch better due to wider rims=better contact patch surface area=better grip. I can't find those rims on tires.com? did you have to call them?

Yes I used the dealer locator and called one of the 10 or so it popped up in my area. They had to order them to be shipped to Atlanta from a store in Phoenix AZ. took 3 days to get them in.

I believe they are real close in weight, hard telling with that crappy scale though. I have to go to soon anyways to buy a new lug wrentch since the stock one doesnt fit the Beyonds. I will buy a hanging type scale too, Ive been wanting one to weigh my backpack anyways.
