It looks insane.... makes me wish I got the spoiler delete....
But hey, what brand and % tint is that? and how much did it run you to tint it? It looks REALLY good. most torch reds I have seen don't look as good with tints.

You can tell it's a seperate piece if you know anything about the car, but most will never know because it's not any worse than the way your bumpers are tacked on.
I got an LED lamp from AutoZone today... should have a night time pic later.
Here's another pic, and an installation tip that CDC doesn't have in the directions...
TAKE OUT YOUR TAILLAMPS!!!
Darnit, at least you can't see it w/ the lid down and it won't let moisture into the lamp.

Your the first to get it installed and it looks GREAT! I got mine today but won't have the car until ?. That is exactly what I was looking for and that is why I went with spoiler delete too.
Why do you need to take out the tailights? What did you do about the existing 3rd brakelight? Did you keep the lense on and just cover it up or did you take off the lense and remove the bulb? Just curious what to do about that?

Did you have to drill any holes?
Look great by the way, I can't wait till mine get here.

Well, now I don't feel so bad. Take a close look at the last pic I posted. I drilled 1/8" holes in each of the taillight frames. It's not that noticeable, I'll probably be the only one who'll ever know it's not supposed to be there, I've got the same hole on each side, and it looks clean. I've taken them out before, it's not hard at all. And yes you do have to drill. I got brand new titanium bits to do it, and I suggest everyone else does too, everything went smoothly. My neighbors thought I was on crack... out there drilling holes in my new car. Another tip... use an air compressor to blow away all the metal shavings... there's quite a few. I'd be afraid of picking one up in a sponge a couple weeks later and scratching my paint.

Color match on the ducktail is great. I work w/ bodyshops for a living, so I'm pretty sensitive to paint match, etc. Honestly, the paintmatch from the ducktail to the quarters and lid is better than the factory paint match from the bumper covers to the quarters and fenders.
It took me about an hour to install, took my time, lots of rubbing alcohol and made sure all my metal shavings were clean. 10 holes, some double sided tape. I did it myself, but I'd recommend you have someone else there to help line everything up. CDC gives you a template that's very helpful.
