It was pretty nerve wrecking, the template for the decklid didn't line up, it was too long! But, after time of thinking how to align it perfectly, it came out really good!

I like the look of the CDC ducktial with the delete. Ever thought about a backout panel for the rear end?

Looks great!!! I love that look!!!

How did you remove the rear emblem? I know how to get through the double sided tape, but do I need to do anything to get to the pins in the back of the emblem???

Very nice! A ducktail is the way to go if your looking for a retro style.

This new Mustang design is so awesome. So much to do, not enough money. It just eats at ya. I can hear mine in the garage asking for more. It's like that old Twilight Zone episode, where the slot machine keeps taunting the old guy. Hehehe

I like it, but it still looks like it's missing something.

Looks nice and clean. Perhaps now get a CDC rear blackout panel to complete the look.

Just bought my GT convertible, ordered the cdc ducktail tonight. I too do not like the idea of drilling into my brand new car, but I know I can do it...doesnt appear to be that difficult. Let's hope for exact color matching for the tungsten!!

I like the ducktail...a lot! IMHO it looks a little plain w/o the faux gas cap.....but I can understand why you removed it..........definely a "clean" look.

Looks really good. What did it cost to get the rear key and holes filled and painted?

lol, I forgot about this thread, I guess i was too busy "trolling"

My body shop took it off, I think they're screwed in from the back, b/c there are 2 holes for the emblem.

It cost me $600 to delete the emblem, spoiler, and keyhole, and re-paint the trunk...

here's a new pic after installing my magnapacks!
